Have ordered and order:
Mr. Gilles was appointed Noghes Our Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Her Excellency the Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, effective 1 January 2010.
The Secretary of State, Director of Judicial Services and Minister of State shall, each in his case, the execution of this order.
